Often I am given preferred rates with services that can help to make the process of selling, buying, and moving easier for homeowners.
This service is usually for the entire home. Checklists of recommendations are given at the conclusion, as well as industry contacts and follow-up on service associates. The fee is usually tax-deductible (be sure to consult with your tax advisor), so Resale-Ready® consulting is a sound financial investment.
